# Save the Emotive Mobile App

> Use the Emotive Mobile App to respond to customer messages in your Conversations tab.

## If you're using Emotive Conversations, you can save Emotive as a mobile app on your smartphone in order to answer customer questions quicker and more conveniently.\\

**iOS**

1. Navigate to [m.emotiveapp.co](http://m.emotiveapp.co)
2. Tap the share icon to open up the share sheet
3. Tap **Add to Homescreen**
4. Tap **Add** to save Emotive to your homescreen

## **Android**

1. Navigate to [m.emotiveapp.co](http://m.emotiveapp.co) in Chrome
2. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper-right hand corner)
3. Tap **Add to Homescreen**
4. Tap **Add** to save Emotive to your homescreen
