Growing your SMS list is one of the most important parts of a successful SMS marketing strategy. One of the easiest ways that people can sign up for your list is through Keywords.

## How do Keywords work?

Keywords allow people to opt in to SMS by texting a short word or phrase to your brand's designated phone number, rather than needing to submit their phone number on a signup form. You can share your Keyword on social media, in emails, on your packaging, on your website, etc.
