# Sync Signups to Klaviyo

> Connect your Emotive popups to Klaviyo and start syncing new email signups.

If you're a Klaviyo user leveraging Emotive popups to collect email + SMS, follow these instructions to connect your popups to Klaviyo so new email addresses sync over in real time.

## Create your API Key in Klaviyo

To get started:

* Log into Klaviyo and head to your account's **Settings**.
* Navigate to your *Account* tab and select **API Keys**.
* Click to **Create Private API Key**.
* Name your new key "Emotive API".
* Select **Full Access Key** and click **Create**.
* Copy your new API Key.

## Configure your Klaviyo List

* Log into Klaviyo and head to your **Lists & Segments**.
* Select the List that was selected in Emotive (List Growth API).
* Navigate to your *Settings* tab and head to your *Consent* settings.
* Select **Single Opt-in**.
* **Save** your changes.

## Connect your Klaviyo List to your Popup

* Log into Emotive and navigate to [**Popups.**](https://www.emotiveapp.co/list-growth)
* Click into the desired popup to edit it.
* In the *Configure* tab, select **Klaviyo**.
* Paste your Private API Token from Klaviyo and click **Connect**.
* Select your desired Klaviyo List from the dropdown.

That's it! Your email signups will now sync to your Klaviyo List moving forward.
