Check Your Image Size

You can follow these steps to see what size your image file is before creating your Broadcast:

Mac Users

  1. On your computer, open the folder or file where the image is saved.
  2. Right click on the image.
  3. Select Get Info.

Windows Users

  1. On your computer, open the folder or file where the image is saved.
  2. Right click on the image.
  3. Select Properties.
  4. Click the Details or Summary tab for the information.

Resizing Your Image

Mac Users

  1. Open the folder or file where the image is saved.
  2. Right click on the image.
  3. Select Open With Preview.
  4. Go to Tools > Adjust Size.
  5. Update the size, and click OK.

Windows Users

  1. Open the folder or file where the image is saved.
  2. Right click on the image.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. On the Home tab, select Image > Resize.
  5. Update the size, and click OK.
