Sometimes a message will be marked as delivered, but isn’t seen on someone’s phone. The most likely explanation is it is in a semi-secret Unknown or Spam folder on the user’s phone. Many phones have ‘spam’ or other folders where inbound messages can get routed into. - Go to iPhone Settings
- Go to Messages
- Scroll down and find the section ‘Message Filtering ’
- From there you should two folders, ‘Junk’ and ‘Unknown & Spam’
- Open your android messaging app
- Go to the menu option typically located in the top right (three vertical dots)
- Press the ‘Spam & Blocked’ button
