Access your dashboard

To access your analytics dashboard:
  • Navigate to Analytics > Overview from your Emotive dashboard.
  • Select your desired timeframe using the date picker at the top of the page. Choose from suggested timeframes, or select a custom range.
You can download a CSV of your analytics by clicking “Download reports” in the top right corner.

Overall Performance

The first section gives you a snapshot of your key metrics for the time period selected, including:
  • Total Conversions
  • New Subscribers
  • Messages Sent
  • Revenue

Performance by Source

Scroll to view your performance by individual source (Broadcasts or Flows), including the following metrics:
  • Response rate
  • Click-through rate
  • Opt-out rate
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue
You can click through on each source type for a view of individual campaign performance.

Top Campaigns

View your top Broadcasts and Flows by revenue:

Signups vs Opt-outs

View your number of opt-outs compared to your gained subscribers:

Signups Channel

Learn which channels are driving the most signups, so you can market smarter.

Attribution Type

Understand how your sales are being attributed to SMS based on the touchpoint, whether it’s from:
  • Discount code
  • Link click
  • Conversation
  • Timestamp
