Why is my bubble tab only requesting phone & not email?
Why is my bubble tab only requesting phone & not email?
We recommend that your bubble tab only requests phone and not email for 2 reasons:
- In looking at 513+ million displays through popups from 2021-2022 it was proven that only requesting 1 field on a pop-up, instead of 2, increased CTR by 1.3%. Keep in mind, potential subscribers already had the chance to input their email on the initial landing pop-up & ignored it.
- SMS is proven to be a more highly engaging channel than email.
