What are carrier fees?

These are surcharges that the mobile carriers apply to both inbound and outbound messages. They will differ depending on the type of message such as (SMS or MMS) and the phone number that is sending the message. There are 3 different types (e.g. Short Code, Toll-Free Number, or 10-Digit Long Code). You can learn more about Short Code, Toll-Free, 10-Digit Long Code!

Our Estimated carrier fees are based on the average fees across all messages Emotive sends.
Please note that the fees provided are estimated rates and may vary. Actual charges may differ based on additional factors and final transaction details.
