Spend Reports

You can easily track your spend in app! Just head over to your Analytics Overview.
Please note that the spend amount includes SMS + MMS cost. It does NOT include subscription fees, carrier fees, or any applicable discounts or credits.

Spend Alerts

Set an email alert to tell you when you’ve reached a certain SMS and MMS spend amount each month. The alert willnot automatically pause your campaigns, but you can pause them yourself at any time. You can enable 1 alert which will be sent to 1 email address.
Please note that the spend amount includes SMS + MMS cost. It does NOT include subscription fees, carrier fees, or any applicable discounts or credits.
To enable Spend Alerts:
  • Visit your Billing settings.
  • Select Set Spend Alert on the right side of your dashboard.
  • Enter the message spend for when you want to be alerted.
You’ll receive an email alert when you reach that amount of spend from your SMS + MMS messages each month.
