Skip to main contentCall Forwarding allows your customers to call the 10DLC or Toll Free number they are receiving messages, and have the call connected to you. Some states have enacted laws that require phone numbers that are used for A2P texting, to receive calls on them.
To set this up in your account:
- Navigate to the Settings > Profile from your dashboard.
- Scroll to locate the Call forwarding phone number section.
- Enter your Call Forwarding phone number.
- Save your changes.
Once you click save, the phone will be updated within 5 minutes in our system. We encourage you to test this feature out to ensure that it connects where you expect.
