There are several categories that are banned or restricted content. Carriers and our compliance partners use keyword searches to monitor for messages related to these categories. Sometimes this can result in unrelated messages getting filtered incorrectly. In order to help prevent this we have created a list of words we believe could result in filtering and prevent them from being included in broadcasts to help ensure your messages will be received by as many of your subscribers as possible.
