Segment Logic

Using And / Or

By using the “OR” and “AND” functions, you can combine qualifiers to create a unique segment. For example:

Using Operators

When building a segment, you’ll need to use operators to specify the value of the property you’re segmenting by:
  • Equal
    • Include all subscribers who have the amount of points specified in the property value.
  • Not Equals
    • Include all subscribers who have do not have the amount of points specified in the property value.
  • Greater Than
    • Include all subscribers who have greater than the amount of points specified in the property value. (e.g. if you input 100 points then it will only include all subscribers where they have 101 points or more.)
  • Greater Than or Equals
    • Include all subscribers who have greater than or equal the amount of points specified in the property value. (e.g. if you input 100 points then it will include all subscribers where they have 100 points or more.)
  • Less Than
    • Include all subscribers who has less than the amount of points specified in the property value. (e.g. if you input 101 points then it will only include all subscribers where they have 100 points or less.)
  • Less Than or Equals
    • Include all subscribers who has less than or equal the amount of points specified in the property value. (e.g. if you input 101 points then it will only include all subscribers where they have 101 points or less.)
  • **Set **
    • Include all subscribers where we have a value for the specified Property.
  • Not Set
    • Include all subscribers where we do not have a value for the specified Property.
Once your segments are created, you’ll be able to use them when building your Flows and Broadcasts!
