Build a new Conversational Segment
Before getting started, make sure that you have a two-way Conversation Flow set up. Each question has a series of answer tags that we generate through Experiences. Our Shopping Experts will tag each customer response accordingly. To build a new Conversational Segment:- Navigate to Segments from your Emotive dashboard.
- Click Create New Segment.
- Name your segment.
- Under your Segment Rules, select What a subscriber has done (or not done) from the dropdown.
- Select Replied to a text from the following dropdown.
- Select the desired Conversational experience.
- Choose which answer(s) you’d like to target.
- Click Create Segment.
