A conditional split lets you divide your flow into branches based on subscriber actions or segments. For example, send a message to subscribers who abandoned their cart, follow up with those who made a purchase, or end the flow if needed. This feature helps tailor your messaging to fit different subscriber behaviors, offering endless possibilities for customization!

Add a New Conditional Split

To add a new conditional split:
  • Click the + button below the node or branch where you’d like to create the split.
  • Choose Conditional Split by Event from the following menu.

  • Click the pencil icon next to your conditional flow block.
  • Choose an event from the dropdown menu.
You’ll now see Branch A and B, along with the option to add up to 5 branches in your split.
  • Configure your settings for each branch.
  • Select Save & Close to complete your condition.
You’ll now see your Event reflected in your split, along with your branches and each of their criteria.

Add messages to your Conditional Split

Once you’ve selected your Event condition and configured the branches in your split, it’s time to add messages to each of your branches.
  • Click the + icon below each branch.
  • Choose Message from the menu.
  • Customize your message.
  • Click the check mark to save your new message.
Repeat these steps for each of your branches until you have a complete Conditional Split in your Flow. Publish it whenever you’re ready.
