How it works
Subscribers will trigger the “Joined a Segment” Experience by entering the Segment based on the rules set.
Create a Segment
- Create new Segment.
- Select rules for Segment.
- Example - target subscribers who have a “vip_tier_name” that “contains” the string “Members.”
Create a New Flow
- Create new blank Experience
- Customize your Flow to send the personalized message
- Navigate to Settings
- Change “Trigger” to “Joined a Segment”
- Select the “Segment” for the Experience to target
