Contact Cards help to promote a deeper relationship with your customers! Sending a Contact Card allows a customer to save your contact information to their address book with just one click. They’ll always know who you are when you message them, and will be more likely to engage.

Set up your Contact Card

To set up your Contact Card:
  • Head to the Contact Card page in your Settings.
  • Fill out each field on this page, and Save.

Send your Contact Card

You can send your Contact Card in Broadcasts or Flows by including the <vcard> variable. Here’s an example:
“Hi <name>, it’s Sam from Emotive! I hope you’re enjoying your order so far. Feel free to save my contact info and text me if you ever have any questions or need recommendations! <vcard>”
When the customer receives your message, they can click on the Contact Card to easily save your information in their phone.
