Log in in with Google
To sign in with your Google account:- Head to the Emotive Login Page.
- Select Continue with Google.
- Choose the Google account linked to your Emotive account.
- If prompted, grant necessary permissions.
Your Google email must already be added as a user in your Emotive account in order to log in via Google. Learn more about adding and managing users.
Log in with Shopify
To sign in with your Shopify account:- Head to the Emotive Login Page.
- Select Continue with Shopify.
- Enter your Shopify store’s name when prompted. For example, if your store’s URL is
my-store.myshopify.com, you would entermy-storeinto the field. - Sign in to your Shopify account (if required).
The email address tied to your Shopify account must already be added as a user in your Emotive account in order to log in via Google. Learn more about adding and managing users.
Log in with username + password
To sign in with your username and password:- Head to the Emotive Login Page.
- Enter your email or username.
- Type in your password.
- Click Log In.
Make sure you are entering the email or username used initially when signing up for your account. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.
Change your password
To change your password:- Head to the Emotive Login Page.
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter your account’s admin email address.
- An email will be sent to your admin email address with a link to reset your password.
- Click on the link in the email and reset your password.
Troubleshooting

In this case, you will need to verify your account’s recovery email address by emailing [email protected] and including the following:
- The login username of your Emotive account
- The recovery email address where password resets should be sent going forward

If you’re still unable to log in, you should clear your cookies:
- Head to the Emotive Login Page.
- Click just the the left of your browser’s URL to view the site information
- Select Cookies and site data.
- Remove all Emotive cookies and click Done.
