In this article, we’ll walk you through how to manage user profiles in your Emotive Account, along with some guidance on which permissions each roles have access to.

Create a New User

To add a new user:
  • Head to your User Management page in your Settings.
  • Select Add New User.
  • Enter your new user’s email address.
  • Select whether you’d like this new user to have a Manager or Admin role.
  • Select Add user.

Update a User’s Role

To change a user’s role:
  • Head to your User Management page in your Settings.
  • Select the user’s email to edit their profile.
  • Change the role from the dropdown menu.
  • Save your changes.

Remove a User

To remove a user from your account:
  • Head to your User Management page in your Settings.
  • Click the “X” to the right of the user you’d like to remove.
  • Click Remove to confirm your decision on the following prompt.

Roles & Permissions

Emotive allows two roles in your account: Admin and Manager. See below to understand the permissions granted to each of these roles.
