  • Head to your Emotive dashboard.
  • Click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
You can submit a question via Live Chat when our team is online Monday - Friday between 11AM - 6PM Eastern Time. If it’s after hours, you can opt to send an email request instead and our team will get back to you the next business day.
